1. Under what circumstances when orders can be cancelled?

   The amount of refund related to an order cancellation is as follows
   
   

   Amount Refunded	Conditions
   100%	when credit card has not been charged AND flowers have not been ordered from our supplier.
   90%	when credit card has been charged AND flowers have not been ordered from our supplier.
   30%	after flowers have been ordered from our supplier.
   0%	after packaging has been done.

   
   
   
2. How can I submit a cancellation request?
   
   To cancel the order, please call 91 9230721101. Alternatively, may write to ifn@vsnl.net Details such as Transaction ID, name of the sender and the recipient, and the telephone number of the recipient must be entered correctly as per printed on the receipt.
   
   
3. Will I be notified about the cancellation status?
   
   Yes. You will be notified via email.
