you deliver Same Day ? What is the Cut-Off Time
?
Yes,we
do deliver Same Day.We deliver Same Day to apprx.175
Cities all over India.Please check for your
city name in List A of Delivery Locations Page.
Same Day delivery orders can be accepted till
4 PM. on the date of delivery.This is a simple
proof of our strong Network.
2)Do
you deliver on Sundays & Holidays ?
We
deliver Gifts 365 days a year.It includes
Sunday & other Holidays.However very
few items which can only be
delivered thru Courier will be delivered only
on working days.

Will the flowers be couriered ? Can u
Guarantee Freshness ?
No,
The flowers will not be couriered. They will
be hand delivered by our local city
florist. So the flowers will be absolutely
fresh.
4.)
What Happens if the
delivered flowers / cakes / any perishable
item is not fresh ?
If the delivered gift was not fresh at the time of delivery and if the recipient refuses to accept the delivery, in such circumstance we shall re-deliver the gift asap at no extra cost. But in case the recipient accepts any order, we shall not be responsible for any quality related issue lateron.

if some item is not available locally. How
will it then be delivered ?
If
some item is not available locally then we
shall courier the same for delivery within
1-3 days time depending on location and
holidays, if any.

we can deliver customized Gifts anywhere in India.

we do send a greeting card along with all ordered
gifts which carry your message .

Location list ?

you check the
Locations Page
properly ? We have the biggest Network in India.

we can not deliver, chances are nobody
else will. Still if any small town/village
name is missing, just call

delivery of your order.

What if I want any delivery dot on time
?
We
Guarantee delivery of orders on a particular
date.However,given traffic & road
conditions in India,we do not guarantee any
particular time.Having said that,we must
tell you, we deliver 95% of all orders on
time indicated by our customers.Just mention
your time in the Other Instructions Box in
Order Form.Here we must tell you that Fresh
Baked Cakes are available only after 10.30
am..So please do not insist on Cakes
delivery early morning. We do
not to deliver earlier days Cake unless
insisted by the customer.
11)How
do we know if my order has been delivered or
not ?
It
may not be possible to update the Order delivery
status online at all times.We normally
update next day morning.
